‘Tis the season to gobble and wobble on over to Oglethorpe to celebrate Georgia’s only Wild Turkey Festival! Saturday March, 24th. Billy Morgan Art will be set up and selling only select works for this very special event.

2012 Turkey Day Festival is set for March 24th 2012 from 9:00 till 2:00, we will have rides, games, great food, live music,cake walk and much more for the entire family. We will have the famous Turkey Splatter, tickets are $5.00 per square, if your square gets the poop then you get the loot $500.00 prize, also a 12 gauge P350 pump shotgun made by Stoeger. Tickets are 1-$5.00, 3-$10.00, 15-$20.00, BBQ chicken plates will be on sale at City Hall and local merchants will be set up also on the day of festival. Please come and join us for a great day of fun. The Mechanical Bull, Giant Dual Slide, Giant Obstacle Course, and Tiger the Tiger Bounce Gym. The Great Outdoors Show is presented by the Georgia Wildlife Federation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and helps fund education and conservation projects benefiting sportsmen.
